A Southerner’s view of the UK and Ireland

One from the book.

A Southerner's view of the UK and Ireland: The South below a line, The North and The Far North above it, from the Terrible Maps book

There are lots of versions of this map. This is the correct one. It’s how the UK and Ireland look from somewhere south of Oxford. There’s a line across the bottom, everything above it is The North, and the top of Scotland is The Far North, for anyone still unclear. Wales gets dragons and anxious sheep, Ireland gets Guinness, and Cornwall gets pirates.

It’s one of the maps in my book, Terrible Maps: Hilarious Maps for a Ridiculous World, which has plenty more like it.
