Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 30 days of delivery) so we can resolve it quickly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that may apply in your country.
Non-Returnable Items
Our products are made on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
EU/UK Right to Cancel
Customers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to cancel orders for eligible, unused, non-custom products.
(Made-to-order items that are customised or personalised are exempt where permitted by law.)

If you are returning an item under an applicable legal cancellation right, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
