Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot always be rerouted.
If an order is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is provided.

Delivered but Not Received
If a shipment is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbours or your local carrier office.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot replace orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged, Missing or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email terriblemaps@gmail.comwithin 30 days of the estimated delivery date with photos (if applicable).
We will replace or refund the item according to our Refund Policy.
